Refine Multiple Camera lining tools

Many of my 2-camera shows will leap frog cameras as needed. I would like to be able to choose B-Cam only to line, and not have to choose and swap colors.
If we could set up our cameras at the beginning of a production and assign colors, then use a selector tool, rather than the drop down and add-on protocol, we could more clearly and efficiently line a script.

Further to your suggestion, I agree with the idea of assigning camera colours in pre-production. I would like the camera colour assignment to be a highlight shade in the slate name. The colour of the actual line, I would like to assign to the shot size. For example if Acam is assigned a yellow highlight, and WS is assigned a green line, then a WS master shot for scene 32, slated as 32F on A camera would be marked as follows: the name of the shot would be 32F highlighted in yellow (for camera A) and the line would be green because it’s a WS.
Therefore before pressing ‘generate’, one would need the option of choosing the camera with its automatically assigned highlight, and choosing the shot size, which is also automatically assigned a colour. A ‘key list’ of colours for cameras and lining could be sent to the edit room in pre-production.
