Feature Requests

I am a Camera Operator on Days of our Lives. Two years ago we stopped receiving physical shot cards in the morning and switched to getting a pdf of the Director's Script with camera shots. I put it into Scriptation and have to manually highlight all the camera 01 shots. It takes time because we shoot an average of 120 pages a day! Is there a way to use auto highlight to automatically select the camera 01 shots on each page? Would save a bunch of time. I have attached a page for reference. Thanks.

to quickly navigate between bookmarks like tabs in a binder

I would like to keep the same layers from project to project and version to version, and on all my devices. Like saving them on my device so that each time I can use the same ones and don’t have to create them again.

when the highlight of one piece of text steps on the highlight of another piece of text, the overlap is the combination of those colors. request is for that intersection to remain highlighted in only one color. user didn't specify whether the first highlight or the second should be preserved. 10/16/24 JL

I know they used to have one. Would love a Windows app as I only have an iPhone! If "Shot Designer" can have an app that works on both iPhone and Windows, so can Scriptation! Upvote if you're a Windows user :P

When you do an Editor Export, if there's a facing page just before or just after lining pages, the automatic page selection always includes them. Request is to have the option to exclude them from the set.

Facing pages are great but when filming a scene get in the way when I’m making notes and following the dialogue (I use my iPad in portrait for this). I don’t use them for this reason. I’d love to be able to hide the facing page so I can just flip straight to the next dialogue page. Then when working on my notes, conti photos, etc, if I could “show” facing pages there’d be somewhere for my additional notes that didn’t crowd the page.

Combining a text box and an ellipse for example is very clunky... if the text box was editable in the grouped set up would make this drastically more usable as I could store a saved annotation template and just edit it every time i need to use one.
